Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Creek to Summit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Please read our policy below to make sure you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@creektosummit.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please securely package the item with the original packaging and the return shipping label provided.
- Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund:
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your account.
Exchange:
- If you are eligible for an exchange, we will provide you with a replacement item of the same value.
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original payment method.

- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and may be refused at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice.
